What Might Your Collaborative Session Design Look Like?

Assumption: Two Day CO-LAB. Exact agenda and timing determined by Event Planning Team

1. Inputs

Share with the group the “charter” for organization.  Ensure that specific expectations are understood by all.  Potentially: “How does this work at other companies?”

3. Work the Issues

For the identified challenges, have breakout teams map out ways in which we can overcome challenges or turn them into advantages.

5. Key Stakeholder Alignment

Ensure the cross-functional set of participants is fully aligned as to the proposed go forward plan. There is clarity for where gaps are and areas that need resolution. Group is ready to articulate plan.

2. Challenge the Model

Brainstorm around “what are we missing?” and “how will this be difficult” as well as “how will this add to our potential?  What trends exist that we need to get ahead of?

4. Operational Execution

Choose representative target organizations, and map out exactly how we can approach them using the organization.  Who will do what?  How are we leveraging the solutions to issues just resolved?  What else would we need for success?

6. Finalize Plan

Detailed plans are created for a specified period of time.

Unresolved issues are reiterated and captured Next Steps with owners are agreed upon.
